Terms of Service

Welcome to Divine Frequency 888. The app is operated by Divine Frequency 888, LLC (Florida, USA). These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you use our app and the commitments we make to you. They apply only to the Divine Frequency 888 app and describe only what the app actually offers.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Divine Frequency 888. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you may lawfully enter into these Terms where you live.

2. Your Account Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password, or with Google or Apple. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us through our Support page.

3. Memberships and Free Trials

Divine Frequency 888 offers the following plans, exactly as they exist in the app:

Free plan. Limited access to the library, including a small three-message preview of the AI Companion.

Divine Premium. Unlocks the full library of meditations, affirmations, manifestation music, sleep soundscapes, practices, and 21-day challenges. Available as a monthly subscription at $8.88/month or a yearly subscription at $88.88/year.

Divine Companion plans. Monthly plans that bundle Divine Premium with the AI Companion. Each plan provides a monthly message allowance, tracked over a rolling 30-day window:

• Divine Companion — $28.88/month, 100 messages/month
• Companion Plus — $38.88/month, 180 messages/month
• Companion Bloom — $48.88/month, 260 messages/month
• Companion Rise — $68.88/month, 400 messages/month
• Companion Ascend — $88.88/month, 550 messages/month
• Companion Pro — $100/month, 650 messages/month
• Companion Unlimited — $150/month, 1,500 messages/month

Feature trials. Premium members may start a 7-day trial of the Companion and a 30-day trial of Support. Only one active trial of each feature is allowed per account. A trial grants temporary access only and does not create a permanent entitlement; access ends when the trial expires unless you purchase a plan.

Early-adopter offer. A limited early-adopter offer grants the first 10 members six months of Divine Premium for free. When that period expires, access downgrades to the free plan unless you purchase a subscription before then.

4. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically through our payment provider on the cadence you select (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your membership settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled by our payment provider according to its policies and applicable law. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Before you pay, the checkout screen shows the price charged today, the renewal price, the date your subscription renews, and a link to cancel. Where an offer includes a free trial, it also shows the day the trial ends and the date of the first charge. Nothing is charged without those terms being shown to you first.

5. Nature of the Content

Divine Frequency 888 offers meditation, affirmation, and spiritual reflection content for personal growth and inspiration only. It is not medical, mental health, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.

6. The 21-Day Money Manifestation Challenge

The 21-Day Money Manifestation Challenge is a reflective and spiritual practice. We do not guarantee any financial outcome, result, or income from participating. Any decisions you make about money or your finances are your own responsibility.

7. The AI Companion

The AI Companion is an artificial intelligence and is not a licensed professional of any kind, including a therapist, counselor, coach, or medical provider. Its messages are generated for reflection and support only. If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or, in the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, access data you are not authorized to access, or use the Companion to generate harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate access when we believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its meditations, manifestation music, soundscapes, prompts, and designs are owned by Divine Frequency 888, LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit app content without permission, except as needed to use the app for your personal practice.

Your content is yours. Your journal entries, gratitudes, future-self letters, voice notes, profile photos, and companion messages belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content back to you, and only as needed to run the features you choose (for example, generating a companion reply, or reading a journal entry to your guide when you have turned that consent on). We claim no ownership of your content and no right to publish it or share it with other members. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not warrant any particular wellness or financial outcome from using the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which erases your journal entries, future-self letters, voice notes, companion messages and memory, trials, and challenge progress. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we believe appropriate, with no obligation beyond what the law requires.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the app will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app grows. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
