Privacy Policy

The Divine Frequency 888 app is operated by Divine Frequency 888, LLC (Florida, USA). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the app, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Divine Frequency 888 app and describes only what the app actually does.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register we collect your name and email address so we can create your account, personalize your experience, and send you ritual reminders and nurture emails. You can sign in with email and password, or with Google or Apple through their respective sign-in providers.

Profile photo. If you choose to upload one, your profile photo is stored as a private file and shown only within your own account.

Journal entries and future letters. This includes the gratitudes, win, and intention you record each night, and the future-self letters you write, including any reread date and starred status you set.

Voice notes. Audio recordings you create in the app are uploaded and stored so you can play them back within your account.

Challenge and meditation progress. We store your 21-day challenge progress, your nightly streaks, and records of the meditations you play so we can track and celebrate your journey.

AI Companion chats and memories. Your companion conversation messages and the running memory summary your companion maintains about you are stored in your account.

Payment information. Card details are entered on our payment provider's own secure checkout page and are handled by that provider — Base44 Payments (Wix Payments), and Stripe where Stripe is the provider used for a transaction. We never see or store your full card number. We do retain your subscription status, plan, amounts, and transaction identifiers so we can manage your access and answer billing questions.

Email preferences. We record whether you have asked us to stop emailing you, and when, so we can honour that choice.

App usage analytics. We record app opens, meditation plays, and the search terms you type in the library so we can understand and improve the experience. The app also includes a Google Ads tag, which helps us measure conversions from our advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the features you choose, to remember your selected guide and preferences, to track your challenge progress and streaks, to send optional emails such as welcome, nurture, ritual reminders, and challenge invites, to analyze aggregated usage trends, and to protect the service from abuse. We never sell your personal information.

3. AI Companion and Third-Party AI Providers

To generate replies, your AI Companion messages and the context needed to respond (such as your recent conversation and selected guide) are processed by third-party AI providers. A short running memory summary is stored in your account so conversations feel continuous over time. Your companion can reference your recent journal entries to personalize its guidance only when you enable journal-AI consent, which is off by default. You can turn this consent on or off at any time from your profile settings; turning it off also clears your companion's memory of you. The companion is offered for inspiration and reflection only and is not a therapist or medical professional.

4. Sharing With Service Providers

We share information with our service providers only as needed to run the app, process payments, and deliver companion replies, and as required by law. This includes our payment processor and the third-party AI providers that generate companion responses. Your journal entries, future-self letters, voice notes, companion conversations, and memory summary are isolated to your account and are not shared with other members. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from the Profile page, we erase your journal entries, future-self letters, voice notes, companion messages and memory, trials, and challenge progress. We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can export your data and delete your account directly from the Profile page. To exercise any other rights, contact us through our Contact or Support page. You can also change how we email you at any time from the email preferences page.

7. Children's Privacy

Divine Frequency 888 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to help protect your information, including restricting access to your own records and storing uploaded photos and voice notes as private files. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email.
